Then we work closely with them to draw up a detailed specification for the position and a job profile of the ideal and compatible candidate.

Then, we utilize our own network of information sources, including our database, the internet, and media advertising as well as of personal contacts. We then screen this list of potential candidates. Lastly, a list of individuals whose background and seniority are likely to match the candidate profile is made.

Short listing the candidate

If required at request, we conduct a full search for the best candidates for your open position and then interview & pre-qualify them. This round is taken by industry specialists as well as HR consultants to evaluate the candidate on dual criteria of professional knowledge (like professional expertise and employment goals) and individual fit in the prospective organization.


A shortlist of the best candidates is presented for the position. We provide detailed resumes and a thorough and rounded assessment report on each candidate. We then arrange interviews with these candidates.


At an appropriate time in the search process upon request, we conduct thorough background check to confirm the candidate's educational and professional qualifications.

Post Selection Orientation and Travel arrangements

Once the candidate has been selected and informed, we also arrange Orientation Program related to profile, code of conduct, Safety, Reporting Methods, Local labor Law, Etc. We also make complete travel arrangements including medical checkup, Etc.
